Den 20^th Dec,2021, ams OSRAM announced that it would sell its Fluence plant lighting system business and brand to Signify for US272 million (approximately RMB 1.734 billion) in accordance with the principle of debt-free cashless (DFCF) acquisition. The two parties have signed a final agreement, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2022, subject to approval by the standards regulatory authority.
